The numerous people of indecipherable origin who populate the surreal landscapes of my large drawings are engaged in a variety of ambiguous interactions.  Close up their facial expressions hint at potential narratives- is this group planning a revolution or discussing the merits of a new commercial product?  From a distance the people are less distinguishable, clumping together to form an overall composition: the individual disappears into the mass.
